This is a follow-up on the issue previously published here: https://www.pinnacle21.com/forum/2018-09-28-sdtm-ct-format-not-compatible-pinnacle-community-v220

After installing the new CT versions as mentioned in the above forum, the validation for define.xml no longer works in P21 community 2.2.0 for these CT versions.

The validation of SDTM datasets and SDTM datasets/define together work OK, and discrepancies fire correctly. However, when we try to validate just the define.xml alone without the datasets - we are getting the following error "Uh oh, a serious error has occurred..."

Could you please, provide a solution?

Thanks,

Natalia

Hi Natalia,

What about validating some other define.xml file?

It is not clear if this is an issue with a tool or some structural problems in define.xml file?

Do you use the latest version of CT file from our website?

Did you look to log files in ...\components\logs folder?

Kind Regards,

Sergiy

Hi Sergiy,

Thank you for your response. I checked the log file in …\components\logs per your suggestion, and was able to resolve the error.
