I'm getting a DD0026 error from the validator for sponsor defined CT within my lab unit code list.  (I am using the OPENCDISC generated define excel spec).

I just wanted to confirm if this is a false alarm or bug?  The strange thing is that I have sponsor defined CT for other codelists (VSTESTCD (value of VSALL) and RACE (value of OTHER)) and this error isn't applying to those CT, only the 2 sponsor defined units in my lab unit codeliest.

Regards,

Ryan

Hi Ryan,

Is this a documented rule? I cannot find it.
Is it about define.xml validation (which version?) or SDTM validation (which version?)

I too am getting this error. In my case data is in upper case but terminology is in lower case. Check should not be applied to terms in different cases or perhaps check is not using correct version of terminology (unfortunately there is no way to point it to correct version for define validation.)
