Hi,

Thanks for the new Pinnacle 21 2.1 version. It has a lot of good Define-XML v2 checks!
In the CHANGELOG you write:

Fixed CDISC stylesheet in case Where Clause range check links to variables in different domain (bug fix)

Please be aware that CDISC has published a MUCH improved stylesheet (2015-01-16) that can be used with Define-XML v2 (with or without Analysis Results Metadata).

This improved stylesheet can be found at the CDISC stylesheet library (http://wiki.cdisc.org/display/PUB/Stylesheet+Library).

I would recommend that Pinnacle 21 uses this stylesheet for Define-XML v2 creation.

Hey Lex,

We are working on implementing the new stylesheet that CDISC published. The only "issue" is that the stylesheet we published with 2.1 supports links for Range Check variables from different domains (e.g. VSTESTCD EQ HEIGHT (Height) AND COUNTRY IN ("CAN")) whereas the new stylesheet does not.

Gerard

Hi Gerard,

That would be great!

I will look at the changes you made, but please be aware that the Define-XML file does not have enough metadata to absolutely determine the correct domain when the variable comes from a different domain in case the variable is part of several domains.
I'm curious to see how you are determining the domain. I will be updating the V2 stylesheet for CDISC in the coming month or so, and can maybe implement your solution.

Hi Lex,

Is there a way to leave comments for the stylesheet? When I open http://jira.cdisc.org/projects/DEF link, which is referenced on the corresponding wiki page, "I get This project isn't available".

Thank you.

Hi Dimitry, Did you login with your CDISC/JIRA account? I did not get the same error. Lex

Hi,

Yes, I  have an account (dmitry.kolosov) on the CDISC JIRA. As I understrand I do not have an access to that board.

Dear Pinnacle 21, sorry for the off-topic on your forum.

Hi Dimitry,

it is likely an access problem. I will ask the team lead how comments can be given by users outside the Define-XML Dev team. In the meantime please send comments off-line to me (lex.jansen@sas.com).
