Hi,

We're preparing define.xml files for a couple of legacy studies and accordingly, we applied legacy standard during validation. As we moved forward to generate define.xml after importing validation metadata, we found that the value level tab, as well as the codelists, were both empty. We then double checked with the ADaM data and didn't seem to find anything suspicious - variables such as AVAL, AVALC, PARAMCD, etc. did exist and the XPT files were also validated.

Any ideas why both of them were empty?

Thanks so much,

Junyi

Hi Junyi,

It looks like you are asking a question about Pinnacle 21 Enterprise.  Our Enterprise customers should submit requests for support through the Service Desk.  Could you please submit your question there?

Thanks,

Trevor

Hi Trevor,

Thanks for the prompt reply. I haven't got a chance to use Service Desk for P21 Enterprise so far so could you please let me know exactly where I can access help desk and submit my request?

Thanks in advance,

Junyi
