In LB Domain, if the specimen is collected over a period of time, what does LBELTM refers to- Start or End of such interval?

Thanks.

Hi Niteesh,

You could also (additionally) post this question to the LinkedIn "SDTM Experts" forum ("only" 3,100 members) at:
https://www.linkedin.com/groups/2758697

There is huge amount of expertise there ...

Hi Niteesh,

I would recommend to look at PC domain Examples in SDTM IG to understand standard SDTM Timing variables in Findings domains.

LBELTM refers to start time of sample collection.

Kind Regards,

Sergiy

LBELTM is not a time, it is a duration. It is the planned time elapsed (in "P" notation) relative to the reference time (can be anything - it is up to you to decide what it is).
The SDTM-IG states: "Note that the value in LBELTM represents the end of the interval at which the collection ends."
