Hello,

Is there a known issue regarding issue SD0056 appearing when running SDTM validation via the CLI in version 2.1.1?

A user has noticed that this appears when he runs a CSV report via the CLI but if he runs the report via the GUI using the same SAS XPT files then the issue does not appear.  It does not appear to make any difference which config file we use as we still get the same issue appearing.

This is the call being used:

java -Xms256m -Xmx1024m
  -jar .../pinnacle21-community-v2.1.1/community/components/lib/validator-cli-2.1.2.jar
  -config='.../pinnacle21-community-v2.1.1/community/components/config/SDTM 3.2.xml'
  -config:cdisc='2016-03-25'
  -source='.../a999_99999999/final/reports/metadata/*.xpt'
  -report='.../pinnacle21_v211_20160627T0229.csv'
  -report:type='CSV'
  -report:cutoff='1000'
  -report:overwrite='yes'
  -config:meddra=19.0"

I have searched the forum but cannot see this having been raised previously.

Kind regards

Steve

Hello,

Can anyone confirm whether this is a known issue or a new issue or whether it is just something we're doing wrong?

Many thanks

Steve

Can you send us the CSV file so that we can investigate?  In general, there are no enough details in this ticket.   For example, what variable is it flagging ?

Want a demo?

Let’s Talk.

We're eager to share and ready to listen.
