 Hi ,

When we checked SUPPSV data set with parent domain Sv on OpenCDISC, we come across "Cross referenced error" error for visitnum=0. Is the openCDISC fails to check visitnum=0? because when for just checking purpose we changed visitnum 0 to 1 and again rerun openCDISC and found that error get resolved. Please provide suggestion or discuss it.

Thanks and regards,

Shri

Hi Shri,

This issue is related to SAS data format. In your XPT files very often zero is not real zero, but some very small positive or negative value. If your will convert your SAS data into text format, the errors are exoected to be disappered.

The issue was recently fixed by adding  "rounding cutoff" settings in OpenCDISC validator configuration files. What version of validator are you using?

Regards,

Sergiy

This was first reported on 8/21/2011 and fixed in version 1.3 in September.

You can download latest version or, as Sergiy mentioned, add the following to the llib/properties/settings.properties file:

Engine.SasRoundingMode = Old

Thanks
