SD2016 - message text says AESOC, but description says --SOCCD

I think its meant to look at AESOCCD, but it appears to be looking at AESOC. Obviously none of the SOC names will match the codes.

Hi Susan,

You are right, this is a bug in the configuration. We'll include a fix in v1.4.1, but for now you can go ahead and download the latest development version at http://svn.opencdisc.org/validator/trunk/config/
