Hi Debra,
Now SE2315 check ignores records where --STRESC="NORMAL".
--ORRES variable values are usually submitted "as collected" with less control on usage of standard terminology. See MA Example 1 in SEND IG #6.3.7.2 (page 102).

We collect the value as
We collect the value as normal. In this case, both STRESC and ORRES have the term NORMAL. Still, we got the warning message that RESMOD was expected in the SUPPMI and SUPPMA for those records. This was in version 1.5, and it was in both MA and MI.
