Hi all,

I thought that there was an error check for the uniqueness of TEST/TESTCD. (They had to match 1-1)

We had a study with the following error, and we I cannot figure out why we didn't get an error with OpenCDISC Validator.

I understand in they example below that UNIT1/UNIT2 don't belong as part of the TESTCD.

However, I don't understand why we didn't get this an error in the OpenCDISC Validator Report.

 xxTEST    xxTESTCD

RADACT   Total Radioactivity Unit1

RADACT   Total Radioactivity Unit2

Thanks,

Jim Miller

Hi,

In my recent experience, OpenCDISC flagged it in a dataset I validated yesterday, but flagged it as a Warning, not as an Error.  I was using the straight 3.1.2 sdtm validator version.

Hi Jim,

Your data issue is expected to be detected by a SD0040 check. I used your example for testing and it works well. Could you provide more details what is wrong?

Thanks,

Sergiy
