Unknown NCI Code value for Codelist 'Country'

As you don't seem to get an answer ...
The "COUNTRY" codelist has been retreated from CDISC Controlled Terminology, at least for SDTM. I suppose that it has to do with that CDISC is not the owner of it (the owner is ISO), and maybe even did not have copyright on it.
Interesting is that it still is a valid codelist in SEND. The date of the change (i.e. retreat if from SDTM, and make it a SEND codelist) seems to be 2017-03-31 .
So, depending on which version of CDISC-CT you declare in the validator, and you have NCI code C66786 for it, the validator should throw an error (or warning) for it or not.
If you used one of the newer versions of CDISC-CT, you can use "ExternalCodeList" in your define.xml.

Can you please confirm what should be NCI codelist used for Country variable (COUNTRY, Country, C66786)? We have assigned it as C66786 as per NCI codelist available.However We keep getting this error while validating in Pinnacle Community version.
