v1.5 of OpenCDISC is generating a CT0086 error message for the PC domain variable PCORRESU. It appears to me that it's using the wrong code terminology to check the variable PCORRESU.  Instead of using the UNIT code terminology to check, the error message indicates that OpenCDISC is using the PKUNIT code terminologySame applies to PCSTRESU and error message CT0087.

Hi Barry,

The correct CT for PCORRESU/PCSTRESU variables is not clear. We experienced a lot of confusing, expecially when looked across both SDTM and SEND standards.

(PKUNIT) CT terminology was introduced after development of PC, PP domains. SEND IG was released later and it has assignment of (PKUNIT) CT to PCORRESU.

Originally we have (UNIT) CT for PCORRESU. People convinced us to switch to new (PKUNIT). However it looks like (UNIT) is a better choice.

We are aware of this issue and are going to clarify/ confirm PCORRESU CT assigment with CDISC team.

Thank you for reporting this!

Kind Regards,

Sergiy
