Hi Vincent,
You need to run one validation with a new engine being on-line. It will download new config files for following off-line use.
When you have internet connection to P21 server, Validator shows all available options including potential updates. When running validation with new 1810.3 engine for the first time, specification config files will be uploaded to your computer. After that, you can use them in off-line mode as well.

New added engine might be unavailable offline in app that was installed before the engine release.
It is a known bug that will be addressed in one of future Community updates.
So in case if you still don't see this engine offline after running validation with it online, you can just download the app again (we repacked it to include 1810.3).

When you reinstall 3.0.2, the 1810.3 engine will appear offline too.

Hi,
Looks like when I launched the application (v3.0.2) without internet connection, Engine 1810.3 did not appear; although it was available when I launched it earlier with internet connection.
Wondering if internet connection is a requirement every time in order to have Engine 1810.3 available on the application.
