Is it a bug?

Dear Opencdisc experts:

       We are currently using version 1.2.1, and there is one issue that caught in when we run

compliance report using GUI tool,  the whole application (GUI) will disappear.  We have to re-run

the report, and sometime it turns out fine.   This situation has been happen multiple times and

there is no any error/alert/exception message box pop up before the application "disappear".

We don't know at this point, if there any trace/log file for version 1.2.1 is avilable somewhere

or who we should contact.  We kind of suspect it might be a bug or is there any documentation

already address this issue that we need aware of it.

    Please guide what should we do to work around with this "disappearance".
