Hi all,

We have received the following warning messages on a few subjects when run P21 to check ADSL. We have cross checked the two data sources and it appears that there're actually matching. We have also verified that the attributes for the 3 variables are match as well. Do you happened to know why we're getting this message?

For the same USUBJID, the ADSL.AGE != DM.AGE

For the same USUBJID, the ADSL.RACE != DM.RACE

For the same USUBJID, the ADSL.ACTARM != DM.ACTARM

Many thanks.

Hello Yi,

Could you send your sample data for diagnostics of your issue?

Thank you,
Sergiy

Hi Sergiy,

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately the source datasets cannot be provided. But there's one similar issue that we've also found might be helpful to sort out this problem.

We have also received this error message: "Non-standard dataset label" and the corresponding rule is "The dataset label for a dataset named 'ADSL' must be 'Subject-Level Analysis Dataset'."

We have confirmed that this is the correct data label we're using. data label for ADSL

Do you happened to know why we're still getting this message?

Many thanks!

Hi Yi,

Those validation issues are not related.

Data traceability rules are quite stable. So far, nobody complained about false-positive messages. I think that you actually have some data issue. For example, you used wrong datasets for validation.

Kind Regards,
Sergiy
