It may be due to your security settings
Hi Doug,
It may be due to security settings on your computer or network. Try to move P21C files folder to either My Documents or USB drive.

Downloaded Pinnacle 21 and unzipped to see Pinnacle 21 Community.exe file. Double-clicked on it and it seems to do something for a moment but apparently doesn't install.
