Dear,

According to your guidance on how to install SNOMED, we have to use sct2_Description_Full-en.txt.
This file includes all versions, therefore includes also inactivated and old terms that are updated in the meantime.
For validation it seems P21C creates a file with all the distinct CONCEPTIDs and TERMs, including inactive and old terms, which results in unreliable validation.
E.g. if you are using a term in your TS dataset that has been inactivated, P21 will not pick this up because the term is still present in the SNOMED file.
Is this a bug in P21C or should we pick a different file to add a SNOMED dictionary in P21?

kind regards
