Could someone please provide guidance on resolving the Validator error? When clicking on the Validator tab, it displays 'loading engines and configuration' for an extended period, but no results are shown."."

Hello Robin,


This is occasionally seen when there are firewall rules in place on the machine, or sometimes when the files are on a network drive. If the installation was done on the C: drive, feel free to email community@pinnacle21.com so that we can provide you with a list of domains that should be whitelisted on the firewall.


Help > Preferences > Resources will display where the Configs and Terminology path is located. This is the one I am most curious about if being on the C: drive or elsewhere.
