Hello Parth,

Thank you for reporting this issue.

Does it happen right when you start the app, when you open Validator, or when you run a validation?

Could you please share the Community log file? It can be accessed using Help - Show Log file or under /Users/[username]/Library/Application Support/Pinnacle 21 Community/logs

Providing the log file would help us better understand the issue.

Thanks,

Philipp

Hello Parth,

Thank you for sending the application log.

Unfortunately, P21 Community currently does not natively support the Mac M1 platform.

M1 uses a different architecture causing compatibility issues in some of our app components.
You would not receive this issue on a non-M1 Mac or desktop Windows PC.

One workaround that might help is to run Community using Rosetta compatibility mode.
It should allow you to run Intel apps on the M1 platform.

Apple website has more information on how to do it:
https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT211861

Thanks,

Philipp
