How to Turn off Auto Update in Pinnacle 21

Hi.,

we are using Pinnacle 21 Version 3.1.2 on most of our windows servers.
But, when users try to open the application. The application automatically pops to the latest version as attached in the screenshot.

Is there any way to turn off the Pinnacle21 Auto-update for the community version?

Hi Balamurugan,

You cannot turn off Auto-Update option. It was done on purpose to ensure that users do not utilize outdated and not applicable versions of validator for regulatory submissions.

Your requested case is an example of such invalid use.
