Troubleshooting and Problems

Dear team,

In P21 Community 4.0.1 installation folder, the engine folder is "C:\Program Files (x86)\Pinnacle 21 Community\resources\app.asar.unpacked\components\lib\configs\2204.0", but in the interface, it's 2204.1 other than 2204.0, seems this discrepancy results to the CLI command cannot search the correct path for validation files.

No matter how I reinstall the software, SEND CT only stays on 2022-06-24 for now.

It should automatically update after login in valid Pinnacle ID, right?

We are getting an error when trying to validate using the CLI - log is attached.

We are getting the following error on windows 11 machine, the exact same config works fine on Windows 10:

starting from today around 11-12 AM CEST me and my colleagues started to have following error when we try to validate define and dataset:

ERROR n.pinnacle21.oce.utils.ProcessUtils - CLI.4.21::No internet connection::Internet connection is required for CLI validations

Do you know why is this about?

The example below didn't work any more on CLI 1.0.6, is there any reason for this update?

Trying to download the "SDTM Terminology 2020-12-18.odm.xml (6.9 MB)" file from the download page is not working

When I click it I get "Failed - No file" message.

The other files are downloading properly.   

Can you please help to get this file?

Hi.,

we are using Pinnacle 21 Version 3.1.2 on most of our windows servers. 
But, when users try to open the application. The application automatically pops to the latest version as attached in the screenshot.

Is there any way to turn off the Pinnacle21 Auto-update for the community version?

Question1: If we re-install (uninstall the older version and install the newer version), what will be the status of existing data which present related to P21 (older version), will it be reusable when the newer version of Pinnacle 21 is installed?

Question2: Also, if we do an auto-update to the newer pinnacle21, will it affect the existing data which present related to P21 (older version)

I was successfully running the P21 CLI from within SAS Studio.  As of this morning, I am getting an error with both sdtm and adam validation checks.    

An example log is shown below, which seems to be indicating that the config cannot be found and the path it gives for the config is not correct. I have checked the pinnace 21 folder and can confirm that the config folder (with all appropriate subfolders) is present.  However it seems to be looking in the "configs" folder, not the "config/2204.0" folder.
