Troubleshooting and Problems

I am wanting to use my CLI SAS programs in SAS Studio, which I had working successfully on my desktop SAS 9.4.  I am getting the error: "ERROR n.bootstrap.api.iq.filters.OSFilter - Operating system Linux is not allowed".

I am on Microsoft Windows, however my understanding is that SAS Studio (SAS analytics pro running through SAS Viya) is a Linux based software, even when being used on Windows.

I'd love to hear from anyone as to how I can adjust my program to run the x cmd through Windows.  Here's my code:

I have installed in macOS m1 mac somehow I am not able to use the validator component.

I have produced a define.xml and I am trying to pass it through Pinnacle 21 to validate it, but it fails. Note, the define.xml code was not produced using the pinnacle 21 process and is created using an external process.

Using pinnacle 21 community CLI, software version in validation report generated from CLI is 1.0.4.

However, real pinnacle21 community software version is 3.1.2.

How to fix version derived from CLI? (1.0.4->3.1.2)

We are getting some sporadic performance issue with Pinnacle 21 Community v3.1.x. See detail below

• We are able to launch the application but as soon as we choose the .xpt and press submit the validation does not start.
• This issue gets resolved by itself after multiple re-launch.

Is this something related to Firewall or known issue?

in my define specs I fill the code list for LBETST and LBETSTCD but when I use the validator tool I get the issues. Any suggestions on what to do to remove these findings?

For security issue, I cannot access to AWS(Amazon Cloud Service) from my company network. I still need to use VPN when I work from home, so I can't use the official download link. Isn't there any other way to download the install file? 

When opening Pinnacle 21 Community 3.1.2, I'm prompted to Log-In with my Pinnacle ID. But when submitting my credentials, the request times out and shows "Unable to establish an internet connection."

Any ways around this?
